Rainbow Teether

These teething toys are made of an American maple wood ring with a 53cm square playsilk securely knotted onto it.

Babies are able to grasp the ring easily and enjoy the different textures of silk and wood.

Care instructions:

To clean our Baby Teethers, first untie the silk from the wooden ring. The silk should be hand-washed with mild (preferably natural) detergent and warm water, rinse well and hang to dry. Iron on a medium setting to restore shine. The wooden ring should be wiped down and cleaned using anti-bacterial soap and lukewarm water, rinse and dry before securely retying the silk.

Please check the ring each time it’s given to a baby as, if the wood is dropped on hard tile floors (even though Maple is strong), it can crack. If your ring cracks within the first 3 months after purchase please contact us and we will replace the ring!

When baby becomes a toddler and is longer interested in a teether, the silk can be untied, discard the ring, and the silk used for many open-ended play activities, including in the dressup box
